We use a variety of techniques including shiatsu and reflexology to the foot which can release energy blockages in the rest of the body. There are many potential benefits to foot massage, it can help to relax the whole body, helping you to sleep better, and leaving you with a rejuvenated energy to bring to your day. Helps with the circulation of blood around the body, promoting cell repair and growth, firm pressure on the solar plexus region of the foot is said to encourage a drop in the body’s stress hormone, cortisol and helps to stimulate the body’s own healing process.
